The dissolution of the State Executive Committee and other State Organs recently by the Executive Governor of Ondo State, HE, Hon. (Dr) Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa has indeed provided a veritable platform to congratulate certain Public Officers based on their impressive scorecards in their various Ministries, Commissions, Agencies,Boards and Parastatals.
For the immediate Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, it has been a showers of commendation for the job well done through his meritorious services and impressive ambassadorship to the entire good people of Ondo State. Alhaji Amidu Takuro held sway in the Ministry to the admiration of his lovers and the entire citizens of the Sunshine State with an eloquent testimonials expressed through his unprecedented scorecards. He was first appointed by HE, Late Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN of notable memory; and with his unprecedented performance, he was later reappointed by HE, Hon. (Dr) Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa when he became the Governor upon the untimely passage of his boss.
In the Ministry, Takuro over the years, did proved his mettle with his exceptional performance. To his credit,there had not been any crisis emanating from selection and subsequently installation of any Traditional Ruler or Chief in the State under his watch. He was extremely just ,fair transparent and unbiased in all selection processes. He is a worthy ambassador of the state that has used his God-given talents to take the Cultural Heritage of Ondo State to an enviable height.
To the entire members of National Council of Muslim Youth Organizations, Ondo State Chapter, Alh. Takuro had used his privileged position to impact positively on his people and the society at large. He has demonstrated forthright and purposeful leadership as a quintessential leader with his administrative panache, cultural acumen and political sagacity. Takuro also brought unblemished records, flawless integrity and enviable dignity to bear as he steered the leadership of Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in the State . According to the State Coordinator of NACOMYO ,Engr. Ogunmola Muhammed while on brief chat with Abejoye Media News,he described Takuro as a man of integrity as an upright muslim. " Alh. Takuro is a worthy ambassador of Islam. He has indeed shown the entire world the sterling attributes of character, fairness, justice and equity inherent in Islam. With his unmatched scorecards in office,we are extremely proud to identify with him as our brother and leader. "
Engr. Muhammed revealed further that truth might be bitter but must be told as advised by Allah. He revealed, " We are all living witnesses to his impeccable character, track records of achievements and quality investment in Islam and the society with his resources, knowledge and leadership. He is a great mentor and unparalleled pathfinder who never shirk his responsibilities or deny his constituency. Alh. Takuro has always shown respect to all Muslim Ulamah in the League of Imams and Alfas and the Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs . Just like he is kind to the Muslims and all Muslim Societies like NACOMYO, FOMWAN, etc, he also constantly showed love to Christians and all Christian Bodies in the State. We love him and are blessed by his quality leadership style as a just human species hewn from the finest marble of humanity."
In character, Takuro is prettily meek and comported; greatly composed and collected; and very vivacious and calm. He is a very honest, humble,humane, hospitable, brilliant, industrious and sobrietal as a gentleman who is above board in his private and public life .
NACOMYO Executive Committee and the entire good members of the Council while appreciating HE, Hon. Dr Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa for allowing Takuro to manage the affairs of Local Government and Chieftaincy Ministry in the State before the recent dissolution of his cabinet has also called on him to kindly consider the workaholic and goal-getter for re-appointment and political promotion because of his mercurial scorecards and the relative peace and harmony enjoyed all this while in the eighteen local government areas of the state under his watch.
NACOMYO Ondo State Council also , at large, extends heartfelt greetings and congratulations to Takuro and other Muslim Appointees in the governor's cabinet for doing Islam proud with their track records. They also pray for the former commissioner and others while wishing them success and victory in their future endeavours politically or otherwise. " The Youth Group also urged His Excellency, the amiable and indefatigable Governor to parade by supporting more Muslims in various Levels of Government especially as he is to be sworn in for another term by February.
