The State Co-ordinator of National Council of Muslim Youth Oganization in Ondo State,Engr Ogunmola Muhammed Dayo has joined millions of other Nigerians to identify with the entire Muslim Community especially youths in the state and across Nigeria as well as the entire world who today celebrate yet another Eid-Al Kabir in commemoration of Prophet Ibrahim ( Pboh) - the Father of Faith.
In a letter received by Abejoye Media News and personally signed by the Co-ordinator, Muhammed emphasized the importance of love, cooperation and unity among the Muslim Ummah. He strongly admonishes them to remember the lessons inherent in Eid Kabir Celebration and uphold the sacred tenets of Islam in their felicitation.
The State 001 of NACOMYO further expressed his concerns about the disturbing state of the nation's economy while calling on all concerned leaders at all levels to brace up to their responsibilities to rescue the nation and alleviate poverty in the land while also praying fervently for the country .Muhammed then called for moderation in the Sallah celebration by calling on those well-to-do individuals to lend helping hands to the vulnerable and underprivileged in the society.
He specially congratulates the entire State Executive Committee members of NACOMYO as he describes them as great leaders and worthy partners in progress considering the laudable achievements of the organization in the recent time.

Assalam Alykum Waramatullahi Wabarakatuhu !
I felicitate with you all on the occasion of this year Eid- Al Kabir Celebration. Congratulations that you are all alive,hale ay healthy to celebrate.
2024 edition of Annual Ileya Festival is unique as it gives us all to go into sober reflection and raise concerns about the general apathy in the land and the agony of Nigerians who daily struggle to make both ends meet.
Let us remember to intercede for the nation and pray on behalf of our leaders for security, peace ,unity , co-operation, peace and harmony . The economic situation is harsh and the agonies of our dear citizens are mounting even as they lack the financial wherewithal to celebrate this festival in a special way. The burden is excruciating and we call for prompt intervention.
As we identify with our masses who find it extremely difficult to take three daily square meals in their agonies and challenges, we also beseech all Muslim Ummah especially our leaders and critical stakeholders to show kindness and generosity to their neighbours especially those who cannot afford anything to celebrate this Sallah.
The essence of this festival is not to display opulence but to consciously and truly show love to our brothers and sanitize our spiritual lives as Muslims by trusting in Allah and by deepening our faith in Islam leveraging on the rare sacrifice made by Prophet Ibrahim (Pboh) . At the moment, peace and progress of Ondo State and in Nigeria should be our primary concerns . I therefore call all the entire leadership of the state especially HE, Mr Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa and those of Al-Islam in the various local government areas of the state to continue to preach this message .
While celebrating with the Executive Governor of the sunshine state and our numerous spiritual fathers,I call on all Muslim youths and organizations under my watch in NACOMYO to always demonstrate uncommon resilience in the face of challenges and rare patience in the face of temptation to help save the nation. The youths are the aces to the future. Let us not forget that peace and harmony is very essential in our journey to nationhood.
It's important to appeal to our dear amiable and indefatigable governor, HE, Mr Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa and the President of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to help attend to hunger in the land in earnest. Again, I appeal to all politicians and the electorates in the state to remember that the peaceful co-existence among the good people now must be sustained in the elective year before, during and after the governorship election in November.
Once again, congratulations on the celebration of Eid Adha.May Allah give all a more useful and lasting life to celebrate more on earth.
