The Chairman of Owo North-West LCDA; Chief Alaba Eniola-Ajipe Esq, says his focus for 2024 will be to provide good leadership and entrench participatory democracy as the State goes into the gubernatorial election this year while congratulating the entire good citizens of newly created development area for the success of 2023 and ushering them into 2024.
Eniola-Ajipe in his New Year message said he is committed to harnessing both human and capital resources in the LCDA towards achieving a LCDA that would be second to none in the state.
The LCDA boss however solicits the cooperation and support of the people especially people of Emure - Ile kingdom, the Headquarters of the LCDA to assist with Funds towards enhancing the smooth take-off of the LCDA.
Eniola-Ajipe who reiterated his commitment to the development of the Council Area said the Government alone cannot provide the required resources due to several contending projects the state government is battling with hence the need for all to work together for the betterment of the Council.
He assured the people that his mission is to prioritize people’s welfare in the Council Area, enhance peace and tranquillity in the Council and provide good leadership to the people of Owo North-West LCDA.
Eniola-Ajipe who lauded the sagacity and the political will of the former governor of the state ,Arakunrin Odunayo Akeredolu, SAN, CON particularly for the creation of the LCDAs expressed his deepest condolences to the people of Owo North-West and the entire people of the State.
He nevertheless urged residents of the state to pray fervently for the new Governor of Ondo State, HE, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa to lead the state to greater heights of peace and tranquillity.
He wished all residents a happy and prosperous year as they join hands with him to take the LCDA to an enviable height.
