The people's democratic party, PDP Candidate who doubles as the former Deputy Speaker of Ondo State House of Assemby ,Hon. Samuel Ayodeji Samuel Arowele in his Sallah Message rejoices with the entire muslim Umah in Nigeria particularly in Owo and Ose LGAs of Ondo State on the ocassion of this year Eid Adha as he wishes them a successful Eid Kabir .
In his message, he wishes them happy Eid Adha Celebrations but appeals to the entire Muslim Umah not to forget the reasons for the festival. According to him ,"Eid Kabir is meant to teach faith , fulfillment of pledge, gratitude , love and mercy of Allah ocassioned by intended sacrifice of a son to Allah (SAW) by Prophet Ibrahim ( PBOH) to Allah."
Arowele further requests that muslim brothers and sisters across the globe should show uncommon love , kindness and generosity as well as devotion to humanity before, during and after the Sallah season. " We must be our brothers' keepers and assist one another especially the less privileged among us. This is the heart and soul of this Celebrations."
The PDP Candidate therefore urges entire Muslim Umah to use the season to pray for the unity and cohesion of the nation ,
and love and harmony among the citizenry as the our dear country is now under heavy siege owing to insecurity challenges, clueless administration and economic woes under the watch of President Muhammadu Buhari and his ruling APC.
" Nigeria is now a threatre of war and a hotbed of crimes. Life is now brutish ,nasty and short. It has become hobessian jungle. The nation requires a new leadership and strong political will to bail her from the woods. With the recent attack on the convoy of the President few days ago, the nation is indeed in a great peril and her worst situation. Urgent rescue mission is obviously needed to save the land. This , without doubt,calls for intensed sober reflection."
Ayodeji also uses the opportunity to call for special prayers for Ondo State especially Owo and Ose LGAs for Allah to ward off any impending calamity as he described the recent Owo masacre as barbaric, wicked inhumane and horrendous considering the colossal collateral wastage of human lives but quickly prays for the repose of the departed and speedy recovery of the injured."
The lawmaker and candidate passionately appeals to the entire Ulamah and muslim critical stakeholders to kindly drum support for his aspiration in the National Assembly in the forthcoming general polls; pledging purposeful leadership and quality representation as usual when he wins by God's grace.
Samuel does not forget to thank the leadership of federal constituency for their previous support. He appreciates immensely the PDP family especially the Muslims for their prayers and support before, during and after the Eid Kabir.
"May God Almighty bless NIGERIA and give us good men that shall give the nation a new lease of live now that kidnappers, bandits , terrorists, insurgents, armed robbers and other miscreants has taken over the nation" ,he prayed .
