A Painful Reflection of APC Rejection By All In All Ramifications
The booing of the Majority Leader, Ondo State House of Assemby ,Hon. Oluwole Ogunmolasuyi West has been described as a drama of political Waterloo by the Publicity Secretary , PDP , Owo LG Chapter, Akogun Olaniyi Folahanmi.
A disturbing video surfaced on the social media earlier today of some irate youths who are loyal members of the All Progressive Congress(APC) in Iloro Ward (6) in an aggressive pursuit of the Majority Leader, Ondo State House of Assemby, Hon. Oluwole Ogunmolasuyi aka West. This is very unfortunate and appalling !
The Distinguished Honourable who currently represents Owo constituency (I) was seen in the video being chased like a common thief with curses and insults hurled at him by young and old. The video ,no doubt, reflects the burning anger and despair experienced by the Constituents having tasted political stagnancy and lived with drought of dividends of democracy under his tenure.
When the expected dividends of democracy is not foreseeable due to his incompetence, selfishness, lackadaisical attitude, greediness, lack of innovation and leadership qualities, many people especially the PDP members believe that when such person without any leadership attributes is entrusted with public office such is the outcome.
The people of Owo constituency (I) are tired and can no longer continue with this mediocre in government whose political strategy nothing but deceit and pathological lies. The constituents are tired of waiting and perceived forlorn hope previously sustained by illusory and empty electoral promises; hence, their revolt against him. The people have now spoken with their action . We are tired of this repressive administration that has brought suffering and agony to all of us in Owo LGA.
The people have woken up from their slumber and now conscious of their Fundamental rights as citizens' in a representative democracy with this open demand for better representation bu setting aside partisan politics to demonstrate their pains by making his overwhelming failure and atrocities known to whole world.
The era of political revolution that will remove all the political thieves in APC from the corridors of power and bring in new breed of selfless leaders who can be trusted is looming with what we witnessed last Sunday in the ward of the former Owo LG APC Chairman and now the Akowaloja of Owo Kingdom and the Chief of Staff to the governor, Hon. Jimoh Dojumo among others.
We must all join hands in making sure we chase away looters who are mere propagandas and social lepers who ride to power on the popularity of President Muhammadu Buhari now the biggest disappoint to all Nigerians despite being described as Mr Integrity. Hon. Oluwole Ogunmolasuyi is another thorn in the flesh of our people , must be chased away as he is now wholly rejected by the good people of Iloro just like in the other wards in the Constituency for successfully and selfishly enriching himself with the taxpayers' money at the expense of the masses ,and leaving them to suffer and perish in abject poverty.
How will a representative not propose a single bill in the Hallowed Chamber for more than three years? He has conspicuously failed too in the discharge of his oversight functions. It's quite unfortunate and painful that our people are deceived with white elephant projects that are even moribund as we speak across the Constituency.
The failure is glaring and the people have all collectively rejected such monumental failure from the wolf in sheep's skin now representing them again...
To my good people of Owo, please let think deeply as we must muster the courage to reject the repressive regime represented by the APC government at all levels in the forthcoming general election at this critical time that even APC party faithfuls have rejected their own due to colosal failure of the elected Representatives under the platform of their party.
The same is said of Koko whose represents Owo Constituency (II). He is not visible and his constituents especially the people of Iyere where he hails from have not seen any significant thing he has attracted to the ward. This is our lot in the local government even when the Executive Governor of the state is a son of the soil. It has not been bad like this.
The die is cast already, and the chicken have come home to roost. Don't waste your precious votes. Vote wisely as there is no more Owo Agenda. Even the APC especially in Owo is a Mafia Cult where internal democracy is a taboo. There was never a primary when Koko and West were fielded as APC candidates. The same bird is shirping already.
Today it is clearer without the crystal ball , that APC is a party of wolves and strange bedfellows who are enemies of the state and the hapless citizenry.
We are sounding this note of warning now like we did four years ago. Let those that have ears hearken to our voice of reasoning. Enough is enough of this brazen propagandas in the midst of impunity .
PDP is the alternative platform. Vote PDP at all levels as the only party that can fix the challenges of Nigeria. Enough of deceitful mantra of Change and Next Level. PDP is extremely battle ready to rescue Nigeria and her citizens now under the burden of woes unleashed by ineptitude of APC under the clueless PMB.
