My Success In Today's Screening Exercise Further Reinforces My Hope In The People's Democratic Party(PDP) ~ Ijalana Olabode,MHA Aspirant

Satisfied with the outcome of his screening at the PDP Secretariat Alagbaka Akure today , one of the aspirants, Hon. Olabode Ijalana ,who currently is eyeing the House of Assemby Seat of Owo Constituency (I) joyfully expressed confidence in the PDP hierachy for organizing a successful Screening Exercise with equal.

e hailed the internal democracy and due process in the party considering the smoothness of the exercise so witnessed. Olabode passed vote of confidence on the Screening Committee members for doing the party proud and the State Chairman , Alhaji Fatai Adams Adekanye and his Central Working Committee for the yeoman's job.

While speaking with Abejoye Media, the Ehin-Ogbe born politician and social magnate expressed optimism that the primary election shall be transparent, free,fair, credible ,and acceptable considering the optimism raised by the screening exercise. He vehemently stressed with optimism," I'm satisfied with the conduct of our party executive officers so far. I'm equally greatly pleased with the conduct of our leaders in Owo LGA led by our party able and amiable Chairman, High Ch. Idris O. Olafimihan Asaba; and those leaders particularly in my constituency."

"In fact, the conduct of the screening exercise was peaceful and orderly. I appreciate the State Executive Committee (SEC) and the National Working Committee (NWC) for the huge success."

While returning all gratitude so far in the political sojourn to the omnipotent God,  Ijalana also appreciated his families, friends , political associates and his teeming supporters for standing by him all through till this hour.

He confidently expressed his indebtedness to the delegates while appealing to them not to renege on their plegde of support . " I have crossed the first hurdle. I have done well by my trophy of success so won during the screening. I therefore present myself with confidence before you to beg for your support and canvass for your votes. Please, kindly support me as I will do you all proud with my quality representation and unparalleled excellent performance if elected as your candidate." 

In the interim, I'm congratulating all the thirty-three delegates that shall emerge on Saturday, 30th April,2022 during the Ward Congresses of our great party in the 774 local government areas in Nigeria particularly from Owo LGA. I appeal to all especially our leaders ,aspirants and political gladiators to play the games by the rules. Let us show greater sportsmanship, and remember that the victory of the PDP at long last is more important than the success of individual party faithfuls.

Olabode concluded by saying he is the candidate to beat while reiterating his pledge to provide open and all-inclusive representation when elected not only as the party candidate but the candidate to win the general poll.
