Laolu Akande, the media aide to the Vice President ,Prof. Osinbajo said that his principal has headed to Kaduna State to visit and sympathize with the government and people of the troubled state over the terror attack on the Abuja-Kaduna train.
In a tweet on his official handle, Akande said, “On his way to Lagos for the 13th Tinubu Colloquium marking former Lagos State Gov's 70th birthday, VP had to detour to Kaduna this afternoon on receiving news of the extent of human & material losses occasioned by yesterday's dastardly attack on the Abuja-Kaduna railway route.”
Terrorists had attacked the Abuja-Kaduna train on Monday night. Meanwhile, the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, has cancelled his 13th birthday colloquium in honour of the victims of the Kaduna terror attack.
